As a Chicago-based artist, designer, muralist, fabricator, and community leader, with deep roots in creative arts and public service, Eric leverages his experience to drive social impact and transform communities internationally through impactful creative-based purpose-driven modern art expression and modern educational programs.

Fueled by a commitment to fostering meaningful connections and delving into the complexities of the human experience, Eric has since devoted his talents to leveraging art as a powerful medium for connection, inspiration, education, and social change.

As the Owner and lead muralist of Headlamp Creative Group, and Founder and Executive Director of the Chicago Creative Initiative Non-For-Profit Organization, Eric has an extensive portfolio of mural, sculptural projects, live performances, and community engagement activations internationally and has created hundreds of public artworks.

A dedicated social-activist and advocate for creative equity, he has mentored emerging artists and curated opportunities for individuals facing financial hardship, addiction, and individuals experiencing homelessness.

Eric Harold’s work explores the intersection of consciousness, pattern, and transformation. Through large-scale mural painting, mixed media, and conceptual systems like the Fractal Cognition Cycle™, he investigates how alignment—both personal and collective—emerges from cycles of reflection, repetition, and evolution. His practice fuses the psychedelic and the human, mapping the unseen architectures of emotion, behavior, and meaning into vivid visual and conceptual forms. Each piece functions as both artwork and inquiry—an exploration of how pattern recognition, creative flow, and self-awareness can reveal deeper coherence within daily life.
